We offer comprehensive support throughout the tenancy period, including assistance with lease negotiations and renewals, oversight of dilapidation control, and coordination with service providers, cleaning services, and landlords.
The tenancy management service necessitates a written agreement between the assignee, the assignee’s employer, and Nordic Relocation.
All associated costs are invoiced quarterly by Nordic Relocation, with rents invoiced in advance.
