Ongoing Support is designed to assist both the company’s HR department and the assignee by providing continuous support beyond the initial settling-in process.
On average, this service spans a 3-month period and is invaluable for addressing any questions or challenges that may arise during the initial months in Sweden. Families with children may benefit from extending the service to accommodate additional assistance with school arrangements, leisure activities, and more. For those with young children or expecting a baby, the need for support and guidance often extends over a longer period of time.
For singles and families without children, we recommend a period of 1-3 months.
For families with children, we suggest extending the period to 3-6 months.
In certain cases, such as expecting a child, having a child less than a year old, having a child with special needs, or facing cultural challenges, we recommend a longer period of 6-12 months.
Our service primarily operates as a helpline, offering guidance to assignees.
We can assist with tasks like booking doctor’s or dentist’s appointments.
If necessary, we also offer accompaniment to appointments, with additional charges applied for the time spent.
