Do you have more questions?
We are to make the process clear and easy to understand.
We prepare legally compliant rental agreements.
Move-in inspection:
We document the property's condition with photos on move-in day.
Care instructions and key receipt:
Clear guidelines for the tenant and secure key handover.
Home insurance assistance:
We help clients arrange the correct insurance. Landlords must have property insurance for houses or condominiums, and if furnished, home insurance is also required. For rental apartments, only home insurance is needed.
Move-out inspections are carried out only when ordered by the client’s company.
Notice period:
For rental apartments, the landlord is bound by the agreed rental period and may terminate the contract with three calendar months’ notice before the contract end date. The tenant may terminate the contract at any time with three calendar months’ notice.
For condominiums, the tenant has a one-month notice period at any time, while the landlord has a three-month notice period during the rental period.
Insurance:
Your property must be insured. If the property is furnished, home insurance is also required. For rental apartments, home insurance is sufficient.
Move-out cleaning:
The property must be professionally cleaned before handover — both by the landlord before the tenant moves in and by the tenant when moving out.
Inventory list and care instructions:
As a landlord, you may provide an inventory list and care instructions for the property and garden, if applicable.
Normal wear and tear to the property and its furnishings is not the tenant’s responsibility.
We are not permitted to specify what rent you should charge, as the landlord must determine this. However, once we have a client interested in your property, we are happy to discuss appropriate rent levels. You may also review comparable listings on platforms such as Blocket.
We work with clients seeking furnished, unfurnished, and partially furnished properties. The best option depends on your property and your preferences.
We arrange both in-person and virtual viewings. If our clients are able to visit Sweden before relocating, we can accompany them during working hours to view properties.
If the client cannot travel in advance, we can share photos or videos of the property or arrange a digital viewing when possible.
